Occupation:
Mafia. He's a Solider. Nothing big. He just looks good. Also consider playboy as an occupation. He does it well.

Appearance:
The inside of his mouth is completely white and his tongue has two venomous barbs on the end. The backs of his hands are spotted. His pointer and middle fingers on both hands have long red nails. The rest of his nails are a bluish color. His tail fin flares out into white tips. While it's visible but not noticeable there is a tear in his right fin..*knows nothing of fish anatomy* Yeah. On his shoulders he has some more fins. It's visible on one arm but not on the other. Anything else? Dun know. I guess i should mention the dots on his tail fin are dark purple. The ones on his spines down his back are dark red as with the fins on his arms. His ear fin has blue and his other more colorful fins are brown spots on the top row and two rows of red.

Personality:
Arleus suffers from Narcissistic Personality Disorder and Histrionic Personality Disorder. Basically his own self image inhibits him from doing what he needs to do sometimes. Sometimes he comes off as over sexual though it's not really cause he's a sexual being. It's because he's trying so hard to keep with his outerapperance. He is a playboy though and this is because women and men alike tend to praise his appearance much more and being that person illicits the praise he needs. He can get rather violent when you say something he doesn't like, especially about him. This is also a sever weakness. If something doesn't fit with his image than he is very hard pressed to go do it. Missions included. While his violent nature is useful and he's rather cunning and tenacious you can send him into a blind fury if you press the right buttons. Outside all that he's rather Koi (oh get it! I made a joke!) and deceptive. He much rather enjoy time with groupies than work but gets his work done quickly and efficiently.

Background:
Growing up with his brother Arleus was continually showered with praise over his look that would lead to his NPD. What really set it in motion however was his brothers continus neglect of him. His brother was the only person he had growing up however his brother never approved of anything he did. Either it was over the top or not enough. He was rather eccentric however due to the constant praise of others his brothers words hurt more. Desperate to change his appearance you could stem this effort to be something as the place of birth for his NPD and violent behavior.

Extra
Lionfish venom can't kill humans generally, depends on the individual. However it is severely painful, pain able to linger on for months and months like you had just gotten stung. I figured it'll work the same way here. Except that seeing as these are mostly fish people that the chances of dying are higher than normal humans but mammals still have the same varying percentages as regular humans.
